Rachel is the client’s first point of contact. This role draws upon her varied work experience in visual merchandising for a major high street retailer to as well as a role as assistant manager.
On all occasions Rachel meets clients with a happy and nothing is too much trouble attitude. Rachel is extremely organised and nothing is too much trouble for her; ensuring all print jobs run smoothly and are delivered on time to the client.
Qualifications
Rachel possibly has more qualifications than anyone else in the company and has spent six years studying various aspects of art and design. This coupled with a vast customer service background gives her knowledge far above client care.
Free Time
In her spare time Rachel likes to read, and assists during harvest with her family’s agricultural businesses.
