I have always worked in a customer facing or a client care environment. Whilst studying for my qualifications I also held a number of management positions first in a sales capacity and next into a more general management role.
Moving on from General Management I moved into Human Resource Management specialising in Learning and Development I developed e-learning resources and training for employees which gave the organisation a competitive advantage through knowledge.
Working in a customer facing organisation all of my life has also given me a great interest in developing systems, processes and staff training programmes to deliver a product and or service in a way that not only instils confidence, but is also enjoyable for the client.
