DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

If you choose us to produce your web site what will be the next step and how will the work progress?

1. You choose us.
2. An initial “get to know you and your business requirements” meeting will be held with our business development manager.
3. A proposal will be produced based your requirements. This will detail:
• Your needs/wants
• Our solutions
• Detailed explanations of hosting, emails and domains
• Time scales
• A breakdown of the prices
4. You choose what you want from the proposal using a simple “check box” system and post back or call us.
5. An invoice will then be sent for the first 30%.
6. We produce a concept design that will be displayed online for your approval and discussions.
7. On agreement with the final concept an invoice will be sent for the second 30%.
8. We will then build the website on an online development area so you can see the progress at all stages.
9. On completion the final invoice for 40% will be posted.
10. When the final invoice has been received we will PUT THE SITE LIVE!
11. When your website starts to gain more business you will return for expansion!
